Tried to look it up Debe Atom, nothing. Tried others too. I remember seeing a diagram how to build but forget the topic name. Basic transistor switching triggered by a magnetic pulse. Could almost be done with a dallington type transistor. That is 2 transistors in 1 package. The first is a light duty & it triggers the “load” bearing transistor. Designed years ago, in fact Ford used it for a while & had X amount of the transistors made for production & can’t be found now,
