Sorry to hear that. Maybe,…. Maybe not. I guess I would tear everything down clean and see what else is needed.
Maybe someone has some parts to help your project along. You can always set it aside for now.
I would hate to see it become a parts motor.

I don’t think there are to many of us that don’t have a motor or two sitting apart in a tote in search of
That part or two to make the project a success.

Don’t give up on it yet.
