Ok guys I am at a loss rich condition still persists , I took carb apart looked everything over hi speed needle looks good not bent no wear both seals in place also looked at float level it is good not hanging up nozzle tight thick seal in place not damage I had rebuilt carb I soaked clean blew out I know it was spotless inside however still runs to rich have to run with high speed needle fully closed, oil mixture is 24/1 what else should I look.
