Yeah, I am unaware of any replacement. You’re right; they are probably used in other Walbro carbs but what ones, I don’t know. Also, I would imagine that if they are not meant to be replaceable in Mercs, they are probably not meant to be replaceable in other applications, either. Well, you’re in deep now anyway: Can you try tapping threads into the carb housing and installing an OMC seat or something like that? Maybe you could also look into cutting a new seat with something along these lines:
