My concern would be the possibility of a broken stud that holds it together. There are two of them, one front and one aft. Broken ones were way too common. I’ve seen the whole bottom end fall off if both break. Make sure there is NO gap at all between the upper and lower housings at the front and rear pointy ends. Otherwise, there is an o-ring in there that seals the juncture
