alright Harry your the man thanks. so while i took the magneto off very strange no cam its built into the mag did a fluke test everything seem to be right with condenser magnet and points coil ect. i have the old spark plug witch come down to a point with adapter that goes over it champion its probably made and designed before my time any way getting continuity thru the plug [do not know what the points gap should be or the spark gap should be] should the piston be at TDC when adjusting the points its very hard to see the built in cam on the magneto housing the open window for adjusting is narrow. also any help on adjusting the carb would be great and gas mixture. you know i could go on but any info would be great or where to find any info thanks again for serial # issue.
