guys,
I found problem number one – cheap coils made. in china -new coils = good spark both plugs
problem number two – low compression 18 psi both cylinders / not resolved yet, I replaced rings, honed cylinders , checked ring gap, installed rings correctly and pistons installed correctly. the head was cleaned, lapped, and bolt holes cleaned using a tap. I used a new head gasket and torque the head bolts to spec.
problem number three – carb jets are set at factory setting = low speed 1 1/4 turns open high speed 3/4 turn open. I had soaked , blew out all carb passages, new float and gaskets

compression seems to be final challenge any thoughts?
