Just got done working on my Handitwin…don’t remember seeing two wires from the pts to the condenser but my motor also has weak magnets…very slight magnetic pull using a screw driver but after completely dissembling and cleaning the points…soldered in new plug wires…replacing the condenser with a new one from a friend… the motor had decent spark…I even resoldered in the old condenser and it still had spark. It has been stated here that most flywheels don’t need remagnetizing usually other problems and that’s what I found also. Now…would having them recharged help give better spark? I don’t know.
