Go to Newark.com. It’s a mail order warehouse & they stock Visay capacitors. Part number, that is newark’s is 84R4390 for a .15 cap. Last time I bought they were $1.21 each.
Model vishay is MKP 1839 for this series, cap range 0,1uf to 3.3 uf, AC voltage rating 850, temp rating 85 C , dielectric polyproplene, Be sure it has the suffex HQ for the 850 voltage rating. I spoke directly with a Vishay rep to get this data. They are on the web under Vishay Roden
