    As Crosbyman suggests….consider trying fuel line split lengthwise. I just did a 10HP Sportwin and used 3/16″ ID fuel line…..took a razor blade and cut it….and carefully pushed it on the lip. Worked VERY well. Certainly not “factry” but it sure serves it’s purpose in keeping the cowling from rattling around. A cheap fix until something better comes along?
