    Nice looking HA-10! And yes, the thin washers go under the large ring so that the ring will not rub against the pawls as they move.

    When you get around to starting the motor you will surely need new Primer Pump Leather Seals and instructions with diagrams for proper installation. I just made up a fresh batch a few days ago.
