Thanks, you have provided a lot of good info that is greatly appreciated. I was not even sure the tiller handle was correct. It has been outside, at present time it at least has overhead cover.

I have several green top Mercs that are now running, with varying degrees of time, money and mechanical skill, but skill for this creature would have to be seen.
