    This is just my opinion but from what I have seen at AOMCI outboard meets, his price is off by a factor or TEN. In other words, I have seen similar engines that guys are trying to sell for $20 and they take them home, unsold. Also, I am no expert on that vintage but I think that one was supposed to have a recoil, which is apparently not included? If it were meant to be a rope start, the sheave that you wrap the rope around would be a different, more stylized one.
