If you are talking about the two men holding the “ELTO” sign, and one of them is using a cane, then you might be referring to the Sea King Twin that is on the RH side of the photo. The lower unit on it is similar in design to the Evinrude Speeditwin lower units of the time. As Wayne Beaton mentioned, that was a popular style lower unit, of which there were numerous versions used, depending on the model year.
