You’ll want to use the proper spark plug repair inserts made by Heli Coil. Not the wound wire inserts used for general thread repair. The spark plug inserts get swaged to the head so they can’t back out and a bit of red hi temp silicone is used in the installation to help transfer the heat and to seal them.
