    my confusion is the hole is below water level so will immediatley take in water once the engine is in the water ? so the driveshaft will be running in water whilst in use ? below the hole a way down is a possible seal and below this is the twin impeller ,so once out of the water the driveshaft tube will not drain water below the hole ,
