Thank you Mr. Tinkerer! This helps a lot.
In looking at my photos again, it looks like there may have been
a handle on the timer, but perhaps cut off, with a big set screw
put in it’s place to lock the timing???
I could not rotate the timer at all, so it may be locked in place.
My 1925 Light Twin / Rudder Twin does not have the “flat foot”
on the skeg like this one. Hopefully someone can further ID the LU year(s)
