OK, so the nozzle is different between the two carbs also, correct? Maybe it is the combination of jet and nozzle that makes it possible for the carb bodies to be the same….
I’ve been over both carbs completely and the nozzle and the high speed jet are the only difference I can find. I hope to try out the 9.8 carb with those two 7.5 parts on a boat today later on after I bail out last night’s rain. I’ll let know how it works.
