Hi Cajucook1
David, thanks once again for your assistance. It was a nice surprise too of John Van to offer his help with the tiller lock collar parts. Your lock collar parts are in mint condition, whereas mine, after I gave them a clean up with the wire brush on my grinder, are very pitted so it will be interesting to see how we get on with his parts.
Talking of Scott Atwater spare parts, has reminded me that I have a selection of drive shafts and a couple of gear boxes. I think they are for single cylinder motors that I picked up from the local agent when they were dumping old stock in the early 1970s. Unfortunately there are no part numbers on the shafts. Some of them seem to be made up of four sections with an aluminium tube holding the bits together and some have a square drive. They are of no use to me and I am at a loss as what to do with them.
Thanks too for mentioning for me to check the rules on the free classified section.
It’s tremendous, the enthusiasm and help help that you members provide……..thanks again!
Kind regards
MonteNZ
