    The style of tilt lock release and transom mounting brackets were used 1960-1968. The motor had a hot-water choke which limits it to 1960-63, but of course could be used on 1964-68 by removing the water fitting.

    If you want to narrow it down any more, 1960 had a two-piece drive shaft.

    Bottom line is the general design was used 1960-68
