I’m “guessing” from the color to the shape of the gearcase that you have a 1960 Evinrude 75hp, it appears to be a short shaft (15″). There should be an ID plate on one of the transom brackets that will tell you exactly…
And, I don’t think that other gearcase is for your fastwin…That gearcase appears to be for one of the larger 25-40hp engines… Hopefully some other eyes will confirm or deny this…Post some more pictures of it….
