Do you have the model number of your 65hp? Is it a three or four cylinder? Do you have any pictures you can post? Do you want just a mechanical restoration, or do you want a cosmetic restoration as well? Do you know for sure that the powerhead and or gearcase needs to be rebuilt? How much money did you plan to spend on this project? I know one fellow in Pa that can help with the powerhead rebuild, if necessary…
I am not from Pa, perhaps some local members will chime in here…
