    Good to know about vintageoutboard.com if I end up going that far. I will start out with the prop seal and see what happens. I have a 1958 that I took the fuel pump conversion off and put it on this one as I dont have the proper tank. It had the part from a 1961 that the fuel pump connects to and a fuel pump so easy to do. If it comes to it and just that seal dosent take care of it I might just put the other lower unit on but that one will have to come apart as it has the long shift rod.
