Well I guess I made a rookie mistake by not setting up the brass throttle control cam first. Once I moved it inward it allowed the roller to get past without hanging up and everything was fine. The butterfly starts to open at the correct mark, and the butterfly was wide open at full throttle.
Thanks Don for calling it on this one. Hopefully this will help someone down the road, also thanks Richard for the compliment on the motor. It was pretty beat up when I got it.
