    Thanks for the information Guys. I wound up going with a 378348 housing off Ebay. It comes with the plate(which is another story) and the seller states its off a 1960 Lark II 40 HP same as mine. Good price too. (except for the exchange from CAD!) Anyway thanks again ! Ken
