    60 and 68 psi is very low. Very Low. Need at least 70 -75 psi for good starting, idle, and high speed power. Best I have seen for that motor is 77-78 psi. Leather primer seals are for initial starting. And be sure to clean out the one way ball valve and stainless steel screen as mentioned above.
