The closest thing I can find is a J50RL79C. Except for maybe a commercial motor (I didn’t see one) ’79 is the first year for this model platform to offer a tiller handle. Not sure how many of those were built. If you look in the parts book (MarineEngine.com) you can see what all is involved with the change to tiller operation. It would be best to find a motor obviously. This motor also has rope start, but the electric start can be maintained if desired.Hope this helps!
