    No, not #34 in your drawing….The big 7/16″ hex plug right in front of the carb….Remove that plug, fuel should flow from the carb with the fuel valve and air vent open….
    You could always perform one more test to be sure there are no ignition problems…..Simply remove the spark plugs, squirt some gas/oil mix into both cylinder, then crank the engine over….The engine should fire briefly if ignition is OK and lack of fuel is an issue….
