    did you do a blow test on the carb ??

    is fuel delivered to the carb if you disconnect the feed at the carb inlet ?

    is the choke plate working ?

    do you feel suction on the carb face if you put your hand n front of it while you pull the start cord ?

    try a tea spoon of gas in each cyl ,,,,install the plugs and try to start…does it at least sputter a bit ??
