Yes 7/8 – 18. And a good plug that is readily available is a Champion C4 /X3. That in fact is what is used in a Ford Model A , 1928 to 1931.
Look on Ebay or the antique Ford parts vendors , Mac’s or Snyder for a C4 or the modern equivalent… but a real C4 looks period correct.
