That diaphragm fits the pump on my 1967 Fastwin. AFAIK, those pumps are no longer available but you should be able to use one of the square ones. I have a square one on my 9.5 and have rebuilt it with a Sierra kit with good results.
Fastwin fuel pump # is 380016 for what it is worth.
