Art – I actually have some cables that came with these. They LOOK a lot like the OMC style cables of the era with the rubber coating, BUT they have an exceptionally long brass leader on one of the cables on the motor end. Where a normal OMC cable would have about a 4-inch leader that the plastic bit slides on, the one cable I have has about 12-inches worth between the barrel nut and the end of the leader. The plastic clip in the one pic is the only cable end I had on a cable. The cables were questionable, which is why I removed them from the box. I am going to see if the long leader can be adapted to the OMC cables. I actually picked up two sets of these controls, although the second set is missing the wiring & switches part. Both sets came with cables.
