Thanks for the replies! I will see if I can get at both connecting rod bolts without
pulling the piston pins, but on first glance, there didn’t appear easy with the
piston in the way.
Curious as to “why” it matters which direction the wrist pin’s “open” end is
facing? Is it lubrication?
Also still wondering which direction I tap out the wrist pins, if needed.

P.S.- Are rings still available for these? I’ll try to look up the part number
tomorrow. How about the cylinder gaskets?
