Outboardnut, thanks for the idea on the brass piece. It could have been laying
loose inside of the bottom cowling when I disassembled everything, or perhaps
used as a spacer on the lower cowl pan. The rubber spacers / mounts there were missing
when I took it apart. I made some Delrin spacers…. better than nothing.
