Direct from the can:

Apply a 1/16th to 1/4 inch continuous bead to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes.. Assemble parts immediately: finger tighten until material begins to squeeze out around flange. Let dry one hour, then tighten to torque specs, allow 24 hours to fully cure before filling with fluids.
