Reassemble in reverse order…it has been a while but if I recall correctly you install spring and shaft then shutter…shutter can be installed several ways only one of which is right
sort of thing. Tricky little job inspite of the very few parts involved.
Once you get it together refrain from taking them apart in future.
Spray carb cleaner and check/repair/replace float probably sufficient for 90% and the other
10% you should avoid on general principles.
