Hey Jeff, Digi-Key carries the Vishay HQ caps. If you do a search you will find them. They also use their own part numbers which are BC2609-ND, BC2608-ND and BC2607-ND which are for the .22, .15 and .10 uF caps.
GST and PST are extra costs alright. They are the Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax. Everyone up here wants a piece of the pie.
