Those are good replacement capacitors. I have used them. Jeff had done extensive research in identifying these as ideal for magneto applications. They are small in size and cylindrical (co-axial) shaped, so if you are interested in doing a "visually correct" restoration, the Vishay cap will likely fit into the original metal capacitor can.
