    It has the old (non supet silent) single wall exhaust housing, so tbe waterpump housing and powerhead mounting gasket are different fromthe name brand 40hp. The 1972 40hp diagram on marineengine.com should be useful to get an idea of how it goes together (if not necedsarily for exact part numbets)
