    Don’t know about labrador’s, but mine would tilt about 80%. Steering was a 100% in one direction and about 90% in the other. I’ve no plans to ever use the spiral cable drum; I’d bought it for the boat pictured but decided against using it. I’ve no idea what it’s worth, but make me a reasonable offer and I expect I’ll take it.
