    Hard to say. Looks really rough.
    If it’s not seized up and the gears
    are good in the lower unit it,
    without any other obvious damage,
    it would be worth a chance at
    $100.00 to me.

    A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
