I’ve submitted paperwork for the state to originate an ID number, also paperwork for them to next issue a title. So far, no charges, as the paperwork may not go thru. We will only get a title, property taxes not charged, neither are plates required. These problems are going to get worse because of the sticker type of ID on most newer trailers.
