    I got a OB64 last month and got it running, has bad teeth on Lower Unit gears and broken handle. Neptune Ned or Steve Andres bought out Doug Penn maybe he can help. It looks like the throttle sector on carburetor is a weak point. Mine was broken you can order a casting from the other Neptune site by Art DeKalb.
