I threw the Evinrude 9.5 in the test barrel today.
Few pulls and it started right up. Power head does
flop around quite a bit. Noticed there’s suppose to be
a rubber bumper on each side of the power head that
rides on the lower cowling. One is missing.
Will have to see if I can locate the aforementioned "rubber engine mounts"
that are prone to trouble.
At least it ran good, shifted, and pumped water, so that’s a good start!
