Have a parts manual for the V45 1930 – need a service manual showing how the compression release works.

On mine the arm will touch the springs but will not go all the way unless you hold it there. If you hold it will work and cut off the cylinders for ease of starting.

Am willing to pay for this manual
Help needed.
