On a similar note, does the timing mark on the merc 900 flywheel correspond to any cylinder TDC? I don’t have a very definite mark and when I removed the flywheel from the hub to change the belt, there are several ways to bolt it back on. How would I get to put it back in it’s original position on the crankshaft hub? I really cannot see any timing mark on the flywheel, which leaves me hung up right now.
