    Well, it certainly could be a part that just got mixed up and accidentally put into the QD-19 stack of parts. I am also restoring an RD-17 but I don’t see where it goes on that motor either.

    So, Maybe I’ll just chalk it up to “extra parts” I seem to often have when I put something back together! Can’t be all that important…right???
