Richard,thanks for the reply. I have set the needle from seated, to 1/4 to 1/2 to 1 to 1 1/2 turns. After a lot of priming I get fuel running out of prop. I am concerned that my lower crank bushings are losing enough seal to pull fuel.the odd thing is that when I rock the flywheel back and forth I can hear the poppet valve open and close. I would think that would indicate crankcase vacuum. Also when I had the mixer valve off I noticed that the poppet would only open about .020-.025, is that enough? Thanks, Bill
