This Motor has no battery hook up, starter, choke, nothing but a pull start. I can see the black coming out of the mag and going to the cutout, but mine has 2 blacks coming from the mag. Is the second a ground? There’s about 4 extra wires in that diagram this motor does not have. Does the mercury switch work as a cut out also? or does it complete the circuit.
