Serial number is E3532314. I have a few things to wrap up before I go "up Nort" next week but I’ll clean the motor and check with an ohmmeter when I return. If I can get it to run maybe I’ll understand how it works. Maybe the shaft pulls away from the gears when it’s energized. Or I can look for a stock lower unit.
